Designation of a Presidential Delegation

President George W. Bush today announced his designation of a Presidential Delegation to attend the December 15th funeral of His Excellency Heydar Aliyev, the former President of Azerbaijan.

General Brent Scowcroft will serve as the head of the delegation.
