Kenneth Sandoval-Bushur serves as the Senior Advisor for Public Engagement as the primary liaison to the LGBTQI+ and Youth communities. He leverages over a decade of experience in politics, federal government, and the nonprofit sector. Previous to this role, Kenny held senior leadership positions at America’s Voice and Voto Latino. He also served on the National Advisory Council for Brady PAC.

Kenny’s commitment to public service is deeply rooted in his upbringing in a small farming village in northern New Mexico. He began his political career in 2010 on a gubernatorial campaign then joined President Obama’s campaign as the State LGBTQI+ Outreach Director, State Youth Outreach Director, and Regional Field Director. Following the 2012 election, Kenny contributed to the Presidential Inaugural Committee as the Associate Director in the Office of Public Engagement for LGBTQI+ Outreach and Deputy Associate Director for Latino Outreach.

Kenny has also held roles in the DNC Finance Department, served as Deputy Chief of Staff to the White House Counsel, and worked with Breakthrough Energy.
